Losing weight is a healthy decision if you are one of those who are past the recommended body mass index. All you have to do is to have a weight check. 5. Get rid of stress: You should try as much as you can to be happy and active. You can engage yourself in hobbies that interest you. This will keep you occupied. There are some people who are stimulated to eat more by stress.
